Our Working Philosophy:

We provide the best legal service for a reasonable price with integrity
and professionalism. We value the reputation for fairness and credibility
we now enjoy, not only with our clients but with the entire legal community
and Judiciary. It is our belief we can achieve optimum results for our clients
by seeking fair and reasonable solutions. Toward that end we value all forms
of ADR, but only after a thorough evaluation of the facts and the law. That
said, we do not shy away from trial where appropriate when the need arises.
Our Team Concept
We handle litigation. Our lawyers are litigators and our support
staff knows how to prepare a case for trial. Most cases are assigned to
a team made up of a partner with 25-30 years of experience, a well-trained
associate attorney and an experienced paralegal to oversee document organization,
medical summaries and investigation. All members of the team are available
for client questions and eager to receive client input.

Can you reach your lawyer when you need to? Like all modern businesses
we must rely in part on voice mail as an option, but only after you first
speak with a staff member. Our pledge is to reply as quickly as possible,
typically the same day you call.
We know that in many cases email communication is the most efficient method
when dealing with multiple clients quickly and accurately. The most up to
date tools are utilized to keep our clients current on the progress of their
case. Our team concept permits alternative sources of information when you
need immediate answers.
Continuing Legal Education
Like most successful businesses, law firms need to be vigilant
to maintain a consistently high quality product. Accurate and effective
legal service is our product. In order to ensure that the service provided
to our clients is superior our attorneys frequently attend continuing
legal education training in our areas of specialization. We participate
in a number of professional organizations, including the Oregon Assoc.
of Defense Counsel, the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association and
the Defense Research Institute, in addition to local, state and federal
bar associations. Our attorneys have been asked on many occasions to present
educational seminars for various organizations, including Bar organizations
and corporate clients.
