After working as an associate of the firm for more than three years, Barry J. Goehler has become a shareholder.
Barry's practice will continue to involve
civil litigation, insurance coverage matters, environmental law, and
advice on a wide range of legal issues.

Barry J. Goehler has been appointed to serve on the Oregon
Bar's Uniform Civil Jury Instructions Committee. Barry
will serve a three-year term until the end of 2010.
The
committee is responsible for drafting and ensuring the
accuracy of jury instructions that are used in trials
throughout the state.
