Mike Lehner and Carl Rodrigues have more than 50 years of combined experience litigating cases in Oregon and Washington state and federal courts. Our firm was founded on four principles: service, integrity, skill and experience. Those same four principles remain the bedrock of our success.

We handle litigation. Our litigation experience also helps us provide sound advice to our clients before a lawsuit is filed, sometimes avoiding litigation altogether. However, our reputation ensures that the opposition knows we are prepared to go to trial if that is the appropriate course.
